hi guys i got 30ml deca 50mgs/1ml and 30ml cidoteston 250mgs/1ml just wondering wot dosages to take, i read u should take.
400mgs of deca a week, but the deca is in 1ml amps, 50mgs a amp that = 8ml or 8 amps a week that sounds alot.
500mgs of testoviron a week.
is this right, if so on monday i take 200mgs of deca and 250mgs of test and repeat on thursday does that sound ok. any advice would be great cheers.

been training 10 years
200lb
15% bodyfat
good diet
had 3 small cycles nothing longer than a six week coarse.
but this time im going to do do a 10week coarse.
and i got my pct in hand. not had any steroids for a year.
