Hey all..

Well its been a while since ive been in really good shape.
This winter broke it off with my gf and totally fell off. At one point i must have been about 20% bf from around 6-7% just 2 years ago.

My current stats are...
6'0. 225lbs, and about 15%bf.
I have a good understanding on how to cut and am on the diet now 2 weeks.

My curent cycle is:
600mg/w EQ
100mg/eod Prop
100mg/eod Win

Is this a good cycle to get really lean with very little water retention, and do so by summer. Im trying to get my crazy dry looking stomach back.

If not what would u guys change???
