this is my 2nd cycle and i heard it was a good bulking cycle

sust 500mg/ week 1-10
t-bol 140mg/ week 1-10

for pct:
nolvadex 40mg/daily

my stats are:

weight: 185
age: 21
height: 6'0

my cycle before this was HGH and m1t im still working on a good diet program so i can have high protein carbs any advice would be good thanks!
