Ok guys I need your opinions/advice. Currently I'm 5'9 177 lbs about 13% body fat. My ultimate goal is to put on about 10lbs of lean muscle while cutting my body fat down to about 6 or 7%. I'm not looking to get extremely huge. Both my diet and workout routines are in check. It just seems that I've plateaued. So my question should I run a clen cycle before i start my Test E cycle, or should i run my Test E cycle then run my clen cycle during PCT. Also is it even possible to run Test E and not pack on like 30 and forty pounds. Some people i talked to told me it is as long as i do lighter weight, higher reps. Any advice will be appreciated.
