OMG!! The ripp man is in some SERIOUS pain.... I finished my last cycle the first of November, lifted religiously up till X-mas weekend.... then for almost 5 weeks I didn't touch a weight... until yesterday..... I did three sets, moderate weight, until FAILURE, for every muscle in my body,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
bros....I had to wear flip flops to work today because I couldn't straighten my arms, OR bend my legs, enough to tie my shoes.... and shampoo?!? forget it!! the only thing that doesn't hurt is my tongue,, but I'm considering biting the fucker so he doesn't feel left out....
just thought I'd share...
