Came in 4 lbs lighter than last week (186) and moved up one spot, taking 3rd in the Open Mens Light Heavy Class. I was tempted to do over 40 Masters but feel as long as I can go top 5 in the Open Classes I should stay and compete there. This was a bump up in weight class for me this year and I realize I need another 10lbs of lean if I am going to hang with the top guys in these shows at this level.
