Hey guys, I’ve been working out regularly for about 7 years now, but just in the last 2 years I’ve actually started doing it right, I joined this site about a year ago to get my diet in check and have been following it strictly ever since. When I started I was at a strong but sloppy 17% BF and I’ve gotten myself down to 12.

I assume it’s partly my genes but I’m built pretty big, my legs arms and chest are very muscular, but pretty much the only place on me that’s actually ripped are my legs.

I think I’m actually finally ready for my first cycle. I’d like to see not only a little more definition / vascularity in my upper body but gain some more lean muscle as well as get over some of the plateaus that I’ve hit in the weight room.

Stats:
6’ 2 ½”
25 years old
245 lbs.
BF% 12-13
Diet. Posted and went through the macros about a year ago when I started to get my sh*t straight so here’s a quick run down.

Cardio (empty stomach)

Meal 1:
5 egg whites (including 1whole egg)
1 cup oats
Fish/flax oil

Meal 2:
Lean protein (Chix breast, steak, tuna)
Carbs, usually oats mixed in a shake or meatloaf, tuna etc.
Green Leafy veggies (steamed)

Meal 3: (at work)
1 sweet potato
Small chicken breast

Meal 4: (at work)
Repeat meal 3 except ½ sweet potato, add flax/fish oil

Work out

Meal 5:
PWO Shake

Meal 6:
Repeat meal 2

Usually add some almonds and / or FF cottage cheese before bed.
Obviously this diet changes some as I get bored or sick of certain foods but the nutritional aspect of it remains the same.
I also have 2 scoops of whey throughout the day, not at one sitting but dispersed with several meals.

Work out
I usually do ½ hour cardio (sometimes a little longer, rarely shorter) every morning except Sundays.
I lift 6 days a week targeting a specific muscle group each night. Abs I work every other day.

I have been planning and researching my first cycle for a while now and I thought from what I’ve read that I should start with Test E 250ml 2x a week, so 500ml for 12 weeks. I’ve also learned that I may stop seeing gains after 8 weeks, so maybe I should cut it down to 8. If so, would the dosage be the same?

I thought the best way to go about this rather than just going with what I thought would be to post here and listen to what the pros would suggest. This way I can get several different viewpoints and make a list of everything I’ll need for my cycle, as well as everything I’ll need for my PCT and have it all on hand, I’d rather have more than what I’ll need, as I’m not sure how my body will react to the sides.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have
