730: Bananna, Whey Shake, 1 cupYogurt
900: 8 boiled eggs, 1 cup Oats
1130: Brown Rice, Ground Turkey, Flaxseed Oil, Peanut butter,
130: Casein Shake, Fruit, Peanuts
PWO330: 80g Pasta, Ground beef
PPWO600: Turkey Sanwiches w/ White bread turkey bacon, fruit, whey shake, juice.. cheap insulin
830: Chicken, Wheat Bread, Veggies, Flaxseed oil
1030: Tuna, brown rice, peanut butter, veggies.
8 meals a day, approx. 4500 Cals, 350 g protein, alot of carbs and approx 150g fat.
