im posting my diet just to see how i could tweak it or change it up cause it is pretty boring and repetitive.
meal 1: 2 wholes eggs, 4 egg whites, Half cup of oatmeal
meal 2: Ground beef with green veggies
meal 3: Chicken Breast with sweet potato
meal 4: Chicken Breast with sweet potato
meal 5: Chicken Breast with sweet potato
meal 6: Chicken Breast with sweet potato
i have a pwo shake, and i also hate tuna lol. I also sometimes sub the sweet potato with brown rice.
