Ive been out of the gym now for a few yrs due to personal problems but now im back and ready for the gear once more. I figured id go with HGH this time tho.
Ive been told by a mte at work that he does a month on then a month off with HGH. From what ive read here tho it seems thats not the way to go although it seems to work for him

Ive got my diet and training sorted but opinions on the rest would be great, thanks
