It’s been a while since I am not in touch, well I am planning to get back to shape and have organised some good gear. i.e. Deca, Sustanon, Nolvadex, Proviron, and clomid.
Also for cutting I can organise T4 and clen.
All you respected senior/experianced members can you please advice if my plan of action is good enough to get the best results
Basic Info:
Age: 28
Weight: 185.1883 lbs/ 84 kgs
Bf: around 18- 20%
Training background: On and off from last 10 years
Recent Training: none from 4-5 months (Last hardcore training was 1.5 yr back)
Goals: To gain back 4 kgs of muscle, Gain back strength and eventually cut up with less than 10% bf( also loose 12 kgs of Fat)
My Plan of Action (Please advice on it, honest criticism accepted)
Go Natural for about 3-4 Months, first 2 for getting the hang of it, next 2 to push little hard.

Training during the Cycle
First 4 weeks: Increasing strength, High Intensity, Less reps.
Week 5 Onwards: Advanced Training, 10-12 reps, and 30 mins cardio Ed
Week 12 Onwards: Lesser sets, cardio 30 mins ED
