Hey boys n gals, Im on my 9th week test.ena and i am wondering one thing, in particular of my back region.
Before i ever did any cycles i had a real problem with getting that v-taper on my back even though my mid/medial-side was thick, i mean i couldnt expand my LATS,
Now theyre expanded alright, im just wondering off cycle will my efforts be hindered once more, or will this mind-muscle connection established allow me to effectively train my lats off cycle???????
