Ok so after looking into all of the info and the advise I've been given I'm gonna put my cycle onon hold and work on my diet and bf% but I'm having some issues.
My diet has currently been.
55grams of whey protein with 30 grams carbs(waxymaize) with milk when waking up
Next meal is chicken breast(8-10oz) and grean beans
Next 55grams of whey protein & bannana
Next 12oz of ribeye steak with 2 slices of wheat bread
20grams of whey pre-workout
55grams of whey 30grams waxymaize post workout with fatfree milk
8oz chicken brest for late dinner. (8-9pm)
24grams casien for bedtime.
My bf is around 18% I'm 6ft 234lbs.
Much of my advice is more food less shakes.
My biggest problem is oatmeal cheese and eggs I have allergies.
Should I put in brown rice. More chicken?
I also work out for an hour a day now followed by 30-45 min of cardio usually 5-6 days a week. I take eca to try to help with the weight loss.
Any other advice.
Id like to at some point get down to about 13%bf and run a cycle to aid in more bf% loss. Any suggestions on what to cycle at this point?%
