I recently just got surgery on my knee and had my torn joints and ligaments reconstructed. What they have me doing for rehab is a basically 4 hours a day right off the bat with a machine that lifts my knee up and down to strengthen the joint, i start physical therapy in another week and a half or so and will be able to do upper body again. Would it be smart to take something, because what i need to do is rebuild and strengthen this newly constructed stuff. After all juice builds muscle and repairs them faster... any thoughts??
