My friend is doing his first cycle and he is using 200 mg of Deca a week and is thinking of adding 100 ml of Sustanon 250 a week to it.
I know he is not reading up on this and has not planned this through, I am hoping to be able to give him some useful pointers and maybe be able to talk some sence into him if needed,
If you could give my some advice and perhaps point out to me what to look out for I would be very thankful
