Hey guys I'm looking for a good beginner cycle that will be out of my system and hopefully undetectable after 3 months. I got my final fire exam coming up and want to have a leg up. A little about me been training hard for 5-6 years, 5 days a week, cardio three days a week in the morning. I eat a good diet lots of protein low fats. 6ft, 181pds 22 years old. I'm looking to gain a good solid ten pounds of muscle and shred off maybe 5 pounds of fat?? been researching for the last 6 months about cycles and have had buddies do succesful sust/dboll cycles but want to see what others think?? help me out if you can greatly appreciated thanks guys
