my english is very bad...thats the reason why i will spend holidays in USA

i have make 3 times a competion

in my diet i have make early i the morning allways 30min cardio.
i have eat 200-300gr carbs (depent on workout) 400gr protein and 60 gr fat

carb resources
rice,pataotos,oats and a lot of vegatabils
protein resources
whehy,egg protein,turkey meat and tuna fish

i also take some steroids during the contest preparation
