I just wanted to get some input on an injury I just suffered.

From what I can tell it is my T-spine. I am thinking that it is around t-4/t-5

I was doing, of all things, calf raises. After a heavy set, I developed a pain.

Now, this is something that has happened to me before. It usually happens when my arms are up by my head like when doing military presses or pullups.

It hurts on the right side of my spine mid-back. It hurts when I turn my head to the right and up/down. I can really feel it when I try to compress my head down to my neck if that made sense.

It has been 1 week now, and although it feels slightly better. It is still with me. I doubt anything would show on x-rays. I would most likely need an MRI, and am not willing to pursue that yet.

Anyone have a similar experience or have any tips on recovery? I know that I should be using heat/cold, but I haven't started that yet. Any help is appreciated!
