This is basically what I ate for 2 straight months. I'm not into variety and like to keep it simple. I usually made all my meals the night before and it was fairly easy to bring to work. For a little stint I tried incorporating sweet potatoes and rice into my diet, but I noticed that I was starting to put on more weight instead of loosing it.
Every once in a while when my energy was drained, I'd pig right out on peanuts or peanut butter ( I love the stuff). I can just imagine what my calorie intake were those days![]()
