...all day long


what could i do?

I'm dieting, but not starving , doing cardio and everything but i'm still way too tired...

what could cause this

- i thimk i have high bp . i'll donate blood

- i'm doing prop and tren 100/50mg EOD

- also doing t3 but i0m on the drop size of it....at 75 mcg now and dropping slowly

- not overtaraining

- anything else besides donating blood to help?

. cause of the cycle i take ambien to help me sleep, zhinking of adding melatonine to help with the quality of sleep and maybe GABA
