I will admit I did not have a great diet on my cycle and had a dirty bulker right thru; ate what I got when I got with protien lean gainers protien shakes.

I luved it, gained a lot of weight on the cycle (test E, 500mg), strength went thru the roof and now towards the end I have gained a lot of unwanted fat too. My face is a lil puffy and gained some weight on my lower abs and luv handles. I hate them ---

Now sud I go on aerobics and cutting:

1. Last weeks of cycle
2. During PCT
3. Right after PCT

Ofcourse while preserving the max possible muscle.

Any help bros or ideas from experience
