my stats are 36 , 6'0 and 240 lbs .. i eat 5x's a day with a 60 , 30 , 10 ratio of protein , carbs and fat . i work out 4 times a week with 20 min cardio sessions after my workout ..those are the basics . i haven't had my bodyfat tested in over a yr. then it was 22% . before my diet and cardio was in check
