okay im about to start a winstrol cycle and a hardcore diet this is what itll look like

9 am - 8 egg whites 1 yolk
11 30 am - protein shake
2 pm - 10 oz chicken
5 pm - tuna can + salad
6 pm - fruit bowl
7pm - workout
8 30pm - protein shake
10 pm - Sleep

and winstrol every other day

how fast wil lresults show and will it come from the 1 cycle of winstrol i do ? is winstrol a good steroid to use to cut up quick

id be wokrout 4 days a week and every day do cardio for 60 mins 30 morning 30 night. abs every other day
