Alright, my Clenbuterol had just arrived.
I've got my entire cycle down, (2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off)
for 6 weeks. I'm going to be purchasing benadryl for my off
weeks, and taurine as well. I've got my diet with it down too.
My only question now is before I get started, or even decide
taking.. I want to know, do you think it's required to lift weights
and do cardio? Or could I just do cardio?
Yes, I'll be doing both as I know risks I could be taking. But do you
think 60 minutes of cardio a day would suffice for my cardio? I'll also
be doing weights as well.
