Training history -

I have been training for 4 years and have tried all kinds of workouts (ie. Endurance, strength, crossfit, GVT). I try to change it up every 6-8 weeks or so. Currently doing GVT. I train 4-5X per week.

Nutrition -

Not a big fan of junk food and I try to eat a balanced diet with whey protein & creatine as supplements. Beer was a real killer this summer, but I'm phasing it out gradually ;-)

Hey everyone, I've been looking at various threads on this forum and have found some useful information however I'm still as confused as I was in terms of what my 1st cycle should be.

I'm not a very big guy and I am not looking to pack on 40lbs. Also, as a teen, I was very prone to acne so I'm also looking to try out something where "acne" is not the dominant side-effect of the substance.

Given this information, do any of you have suggestions for me?
