Hi guys.

Ive had 4 weeks off from my old cycle of masteron and test prop. I was doing alot of cardio before my first meal in order to lose some body fat, it has worked quite well but ive also lost some size.
I have just started my 2nd week of my new cycle which is...

2ml deca & 1ml suss on mondays
1ml test prop on thursdays

I am looking to gain some size again and was wondering if this cycle is good enough to do that, and if the amount per week i am taking is also enough.

Ive completely changed my weekly workout plan aswell which now is...

Monday - chest, triceps, traps, abs
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - cardio, abs
Thursday - Chest, shoulders, traps
Friday - back, biceps, abs
