Soooo I'm starting to get kinda big...well not really compared to you guys..but big for the ballys I go to in Encino.
As of right now I haven't plateaud at all. I started this time last year at 165 and gained 85lbs in 1 year, all lifts tripled at least(literally). My question is...since I'm still getting bigger and bigger and stronger and stronger..should I just keep going? Should I start cardio? how much? when? My goal is 8-12% body fat...I would be super excited about that. I do NO cardio and eat like crap. Assuming I cleaned up my diet and started x amount of cardio, how long would it take to drop 10% body fat?
