alright u lot just need some help i have been takein one rip for 10 weeks now at 1ml a week and ant seen any diffrence at all is it enuf 1ml a week or do i need more any sugestions and the thing is i no ppl who is on it and they are looking good and they sed its the best stuf they have eva had and it has ripped them up hardcore and lost all there fat
