Hey guys.. iam currently on a 16 week cycle that originally looked like this
Test e 1-16 - 600mg week
EQ 1-14 - 600mg week
Dbol week 1-4 / 8-12 40mg
adex ed .25mg

Iam currently on week 7 and have put on 5kg, (not much of this is water as the adex has kept it down a bit, i was 8kg but i upped the adex from .25 eod too .25 ed and i lost the extra 3kg in water i beleive)
First of all.. is 5kg in 7 weeks a decent gain so far, or should i be eating more and packing on more kgs?

Also my second question... Should i bother doing the 8-12 dbol or will this be a waste of food gear?? Will it help me put on an extra few kgs or even just one or will it goto waste using it mid cycle
