Hi I just wanna double check with u guys before I start my first cycle. I have done all the research I needed but just want to make sure that everything I'm gonna do is OK.

that's goon be my first cycle.

I'm gonna do "TEST E" 500mg/week for ten weeks. (ONLY test e)
(test injections 3.5 days apart,monday morning and thursday evening)

30 days PCT = 25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva.
(two weeks after my last ejection) "arimidex" on hand in case of gyno or water retention.

My DIET is in check. (five meals a day + two protein shakes, one after work out and one before I go to bed) I'm also taking "animal pak" for my daily vitamins and minerals.

I usually workout five times a week and play soccer on Saturday.
I'll be carful not to overtrain and to have enough time to recovery.

I also run 5 miles ( 45mins) first thing in the morning on empty stomach twice a week, tuesday and thursday. ( I think this is the best cardio and formula to burn body fat, just drink some water before u go).

Please let me know if that's a good plan, or if u have any suggestions, I would love to know what do u think! thanks and be safe
