I just got my cycle of deca and i also have a half a cycle of test.
I did some research about how should i do it and im still unclear...

Iam 24 years old 6.1 168 lbs....
i been workin out for about 5 months straight 5 days a week...

how should these 2 things coctail or one after another ?

i would appreciate some help and some answers....thanks guys
