I started lifting at 13 yrs. and wrestled in high school,after joining the army I got away from it for a good 20 yrs.

In 2001 I started lifting again,then had a 2 yr. job injury break in 06'. I've been at it hard since beginning 08'.

The profile pic is me,and I'm 43. At 6'0" 235lbs. I've gained great mass,but I know there is an untapped reserve just waiting to be utilized. I did a cycle of M1T back in 04' and really enjoyed the gains,(11lbs) in 6 wks. So I am a noob to this.

Which brings me here,My doc tells me I'm healthy as a horse,and my TL was 299.I told him what I had planned, he told me at my age and health with the goals I had,should be no problem if done correctly.He is a bodybuilder also.

I DO not like needles,and prefer not to use them.I was told to gather info from a site where there are experienced builders and was pointed here.So far the doc and a few others are pointing me to a Var cycle.

My arms 17.5 in. Chest 50in. Neck 19in. Waist 36 BF12.75% maybe.

Need advice on doses,cycle time and if any PCT. Doc won't give me any of that info,just thoughts. Thanks for any advice I might recieve here and I'm glad to be here.
