    acne and water retention

    If you are worried about the side effects of acne and water retention i would suggest that HPI complexion tablets and their water retention tablets could be taken along side your cycle, theses will dramatically reduce the symptoms. can be found at most chemists and boots tescos sell them for about £4 a bottle
