hey guys,

this is the first time i will be doing clen. i am running a 4 week cycle and was planning on doing 2 days on 2 days off at 120mcg. im just not sure since if i do the 2 days on 2 days off some of the days fall on workout days and some dont. would i be better off taking it on the days i work out or do cardio and skip the days i rest? right now im only hitting the weights mon, wed, and fri, and cardio usually on sunday. thanks!
