Okay the back story first.
Age: 27 (28 in 20 days)
Exp: Been training off and on for 11 years. (Serious lifting the past 24 months)
HT: 6'1"
Wt: 250
BF: 17% (I plan on getting the diet right before I jump into any cycle, 13% or lower before I commit to the pin)
Max Bench: 300
Squat: 410
Did a cycle (8 weeks) of Sus 250 and Test E back in '04, had some decent gains, no sides effects.
Looking for a good jumping off point, thinking late July I should be down to 13% BF with the diet just right. Weight peels on and off of me like butter. Just been eating like a civilian for too many years now.
