I know most of you all worry about bloat - fat gain - etc.
I am mostly concerned with overall mass and strength.
If I do it with a pot belly I don't really care.

I am on Keto now shedding extra fat and preping for my next burst cycle.
I am wondering if its fine to have extra sugary food items (not fatty) to further my 30 days of growth.
Example - PWO Shake has sugars (malto / dex) what about breakfast - Eggs / Oatmeal with brown sugar, whey?

Normally I would never eat the brown sugar and what I am asking is if you don't mind the fat gains why not?
I also would try and avoid bad fats since it slows digestions.

Overall I am just trying to grow as much as possible.
Will worry about the fat later if at all.
Suggestions / comments?
