life is good, but... i took my first inj in the thigh last week (never took it in the thigh before) i've been in pain every since... major pain, couldn't even work out for 4 days... got some inflamatories and that has helped tremendously....
also, after cleaning up my diet i've lost 21 lbs, but in one week i've gained 10 lbs in water weight...
any suggestions or comments on what's causing so much pain?
what about the water weight....?
