I'm at odds with the most efficient time to take my ephedrine. I try to take my ephedrine about an hour before my workout and on an empty stomach, but I also don't want to eat my pre-workout meal so long before the workout that I; A: lose energy part way through an intense workout, and B: if my workout and cardio lasts about 2 hours, that'll be over 3 hours between my pre and post workout meals, too long if you as me. Can someone give some input on this issue? Can I take the ephedrine with food?
