Just started pinning on wednesday and soreness is still there, i cant fully bend my knees w/o insane pain on my tighs...Cant walk downhill w/o limping...
I dnt mind the soreness but I play soccer competitive twice a week. And this soreness prevents me from running etc...
I pinned left leg yesterday and today soreness on my left as well...I am thinkin pinning glutes but then i will have sittin problems? and if i do shoulder will have lifting problem? So im kinda optionless.
Is this normal?
I am pinning test prop 100mg EOD.
