hey guys, am confused as hell, i'm soon to start a test 400 (cyp, eth, prop) and a deca cycle but all sites i have been on people contradict each other, so my main questions are

can i jab test and deca in one jab and is 200mg of deca enough?
some sites say you cant use nolvadex to block gyno if you have deca in your cycle and some say you can?
what would be best to use if i cant use nolvadex?

sorry ask so many questions its only my second cycle, my first was test cypionate and d-bol, was alot less confusing than this lol.
