Well this is my 3rd thread that I am starting, the first 2 threads I did I posted questions without much research on my own, so the last week I spent hours browsing and reading threads and have learned and gained lots of valuable info, I have finally settled on a cycle that I would like to stick with but I have a few questions. First off I want to thank everyone who replied to my previous posts with some great info. For those who haven’t read them, my stats are 5’9, 170lbs 8-9%bf and 27years old I have been lifting for 8-9 years now. Planning to start my cycle in Jan

The cycle I have decided/thinking about is Test E 250mg/wk, Primo 100 or 200mg/wk and Deca 250mg/wk for 10 or 12 weeks (depending on advice)

My goals: To gain 8-10 pounds of pure clean muscle while keeping side effects to a complete minimum.

Now I know with the such a dose low dosage of primo I don’t have much to worry about in terms of side effects, with the TEST E and Deca I know the side effects that may or may not occur.

My questions are

1) I read on Ronnie Rowland’s thread talking about after 8 weeks TEST and Deca stop kicking in unless I increase my dosages (something I don’t want to do) I would like to stay with low doses. What do you think about that?

2) With these low doses and a good diet, will this give me the results I am looking for? Of course assuming my diet and workouts are on par.

3) I have read about many different PCT’s for many different products. I was thinking about Nolva and clomid for 4 weeks as my PCT. Is that good or am I completely lost?

4) What’s the best way to insure that I keep my gains after my cycle?

5) What’s the quickest way to get my natural Testosterone levels back to normal after my cycle?


Questions 4 and 5 I am still researching on my own but would be greatly appreciated if you guys gave me few pointers
