Awesome. Just within this past week I really started cleaning up my diet so I assume within the last 6 weeks it should really show some results. Is there such a thing as too much cardio? I do anywhere from 20-40 minutes a day which consists of jogging on a treadmill on my 20 minute days, and jogging plus step mill on my more cardio intensive days.
