Wzup everyone I'm new to the board. I had gyno surgery about 7 days ago. I'm 23 5'11 180lbs and had gyno since I was around 12. I have done a 10 week cycle of deca/win about 2 years ago but it really didn't help get rid the gyno. Luckily my insurance covered the whole cost, I have kaiser insurance. I'm not to sure exactly what was removed but he made a cut right below my nipple. I was taped up from my chest but I was wounding is there anything else I should wear on top of it. I have seen these vest but I'm not sure if it's needed or not and if so how long do you need to wear it. I have an appointment with the doc in a couple days but I was wondering on the people who have it done, how long did you wait till you started your weight training. Also how long did you wait till you did your next cycle. Thanks
