Hi, I have trouble gaining weight since I am in the ectomorph category. I just started a bulking diet and this is what it contains.
3800 Calories(can be between 3500-3800 depending on if I get 6 or 7 meals)
415g Protein
350-450g carbs(this depends if I get 6 or 7 meals in)
80g Fats(or so)
Height - 6'0
Weight - 175lb
Basically what I am wondering is if this is all fine. Am I consuming too much protein? Too little? Same goes fro carbs/fats. Any help is appreciated. I want to know if I am on track.
