goals:to increase lean mass and preserve muscle mass when cutting bf from intensive cardio and calorie deficit.
Stack in mind - Deca + proviron (to reduce water retension frm deca)
questions:
1.Is it a good idea to add to add test prop instead of test eth. ?(unavailibility of test enth)
2.please give me a sample of dosing deca and proviron for 8 or 12 weeks
3.must i add anything else to it ?
