    first post, took these today/tonight

    whatsup guys?

    18 5'9" , 200lbs around 13% bf im guessing and I've been working out almost a year

    my goals are just to be the biggest and strongest I can be.

    I signed up here because I'm sick of the other site I was on where they want you to believe you get big from the newest protein powder they're having a sale on
