im very impressed. im 19 aswell, 6"3 and weighed in at 186 ibs this morning. bf crept up to 12% though. i would guess ~6% definately sub 7% anyway.Originally Posted by alexISthrowed
wondering if should do a show this yr or not? my problem is that theres only 2/3 shows 4 guys my standard a year in ireland and ive gone from being anorexic, to being anti-anorexic now :P i will never think im big enough. i would need to cut about 12ibs of fat (assuming i was able to just loose fat) to be competition ready.
