I just started my Test cycle and im thinking Id like to try some EQ this time as I have heard its good for Lean mass and cardio. I do a lot of physical activity outside of the gym so the cardio point is what really has me interested, but I havent heard great results from the stuff... Can anyone attest to the value of EQ for cardio purposes? and what low dose that will improve cardio and lean mass? or if it wouldn't be worth it
