Hey was posting in here to look for some advice on my diet.

23 Years old
5,10
67-68kgs
about 8-10% bf i think..

7am- 1 Shake with milk = (43g Protein, 21g fat, 46g Carbs) also can of baked beans piece of wholemeal bread and an egg sometimes
9am- Ham cheese sandwich, muesli bar and can of tuna
12am-LUNCH: This meal is always different due to working on site:
Either 2-3 pieces of chicken crumbed
Steak sandwich, egg,lettuce,mayo,onion,cheese,bacon
2x roast beef sandwich with onion and tomato
Always have a piece of fruit with these meals
2.30pm- Another can of tuna and muesli bar
4.30pm- Baked beans 1-2 eggs and a piece of toast
5pm- tsp of Creatine and Gluetamine and half a shake before training
TRAIN
7pm- Shake and can of tuna
7.30 dinner is always differnt varies from pizza,roast,steak,chicken snitzel pasta normally fairly healthy thou
9.30pm Glass of milk before bed

I am asking for advice of getting my diet sorted out. I have been training for about 8 months now and have still got A LOT to learn.
I do struggle to put on weight I started out at 62kgs and now am at 67-68 with no fat increase at all. I know a have a very fast metablism and no matter what I eat I seem to have slowed right down in stacking any sort of weight on.
I train 4-5 times a week and play basketball once - twice a week.


Any help would me much appreciated for what I should change/ditch or add to what i currentley eat.
