Background Info:

  • 26
  • 5'10"
  • 215lbs
  • 20-22% body fat (picked up some weight in last 6 months)
  • Last cycle was over a year ago.
  • Training for a steady 7 years 4-6 days a week.


I hurt my shoulder last November playing Rugby. I basically took a full 5 months off from the gym to let myself heal which was the first time I had taken more than a week or so off since I started working out consistently. I got back into the gym in April and took it light for a couple months but have been back to where I was at before my injury for about a month now.

My plan is to take the next 3-6 weeks to get my cardio back up to par and try and get back down to as close to 15% BF before I start the gear. I will also get started back on my diet so that I will have it ready when I start the gear.

Cycle:

Tri-Trenabol 150
Andropen 275
CYX3

Week 1-2 - 2cc of each twice a week (Monday morning & Thursday evening)
Week 3-10 - Up dosage to 3cc twice a week

My question is how do my dosages look? Should I just start off the cycle at 3cc/week of each or keep it at 2 throughout the cycle?

Also I haven't been able to find a good recommendation on when to take the cyx3. Would it be more beneficial to take it before I started the other gear to help shed some extra lbs before hand or at the end of my cycle?
